Download the KHELIQ app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, then tap “Sign Up” and register with your email address. You can also sign in with Google.
KHELIQ Pro is our premium subscription tier that unlocks advanced AI insights, full accuracy history, premium cricket and football reads, and priority notification delivery. Subscription details are available within the app.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). To cancel, go to your device’s subscription management screen — this is not done within the KHELIQ app itself. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Check that notification permissions are enabled for KHELIQ in your device settings (Settings → Apps → KHELIQ → Notifications on Android; Settings → KHELIQ → Notifications on iOS). Also ensure you are logged in and have selected the matches or leagues you want to follow. If the issue persists, contact us at support@kheliq.com.
Pull down to refresh the scorecard view. If data is still stale, check your internet connection. Some delays may occur during very high-traffic match periods. If the issue persists for more than a few minutes, please report it with the match name and time to support@kheliq.com.
You can delete your account from within the app under Account Settings → Delete Account. Alternatively, visit our Delete Account page for full instructions. Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days.
Email support@kheliq.com with the subject line “Data Access Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will provide a structured export of your personal data within 30 days.
KHELIQ Cricket currently covers T20 Internationals and major T20 league fixtures. Check the Matches tab in the app for live and upcoming fixtures.
KHELIQ Football covers top leagues including the Premier League, Champions League, Europa League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and more. Coverage expands progressively. Check the Matches tab in the app for current league availability.
