KHELIQ is an AI-powered sports intelligence platform that provides probabilistic match projections, live analytics, session tracking, and match intelligence for cricket and football. Our Service is designed for informational and entertainment purposes for sports fans.
KHELIQ does not provide betting tips, gambling advice, financial advice, or investment recommendations of any kind. All projections, insights, and analytics are probabilistic estimates generated by AI models. They are not guarantees of any outcome.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You must not use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited by law.

All projections, insights, recommendations, and analytics provided by the Service are generated by AI models and are probabilistic estimates only. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes.
KHELIQ explicitly does not guarantee the accuracy of any projection or the outcome of any match. Actual match results may and will differ from projected outcomes. You should not rely on KHELIQ projections as the basis for any financial decision, bet, wager, or transaction of any kind.
KHELIQ is not affiliated with any bookmaker, betting exchange, gambling operator, or fantasy sports platform.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property within the Service are owned by Tekroof or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only.
Live sports data and statistics displayed within the Service are sourced from licensed data providers and are subject to their respective terms and restrictions.
You retain ownership of any content you submit or post through the Service, but grant us a licence to use, reproduce, and display such content as necessary to operate the Service.
Some features of the Service may be offered under a paid subscription ("KHELIQ Pro"). If you subscribe, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance and may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their respective payment terms. Refund requests are subject to the applicable store's refund policy.
Tekroof reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice provided within the app.
We aim to provide the Service continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons, with or without notice.
Live data availability depends on third-party data provider feeds and may be delayed, interrupted, or temporarily unavailable due to circumstances outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tekroof and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 500, whichever is greater.

We do not warrant that AI projections are accurate, complete, or fit for any specific purpose. Use of projections and analytics is entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tekroof and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to users, the Service, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the Delete Account function in the app or by contacting us at support@kheliq.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Before resorting to formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@kheliq.com so we can attempt to resolve any issue informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
